At Audo Copenhagen, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and securely packed in the original Audo Copenhagen packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
