Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international shipments, depending on your location.
How can I track my furniture or lighting order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Audo Copenhagen products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
